When a clients asks about easy, healthy pizza. This is my answer.

 

Having worked, and still work in the food service / bar industry for more than a decade I am always excited to work with restauranteurs to improve the nutrition of their menus without negatively impacting their production process or labor and food costs. Just last week I had the pleasure of talking with the owner and staff at Fox’s Pizza Den in Ligonier. Realizing the demand by people for healthier and specialty pizza this Fox’s Pizza dove in head first. Not only are we talking about experimenting with healthier pizza recipes but they also offer a gluten free pizza for those with gluten issues. We examined their entire production production process from food purchase to storage to production to delivery forall possible risks of gluten cross contamination. Their desire to produce a quality product is very evident and I am looking forward to tasting some new, unique, and healthy pizza.
