Ingredients

  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • *Use zest of lemons to add more citrus flavor
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2-3 clove minced garlic, or 1 tsp powdered
  • 1 Tbsp ground ginger
  • *2 tbsp cup soy sauce (optional, as this is a high sodium, gluten containing product)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar large enough to shake to combine ingredients, or use a food processor and puree.
  2. Marinate 1-2 hours. This is enough time for foods to soak in marinade, however I let my products marinate over night. Makes about 2 cups.
  3. Remember, whatever you are marinating, it does not have to be swimming in the marinade.
  4. A half to 1 cup marinade will work for about 1 1/2 pounds meat or 2 cups vegetables.
