Ingredients
- 3 cups diced tomatoes, try to reserve juices
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 gloves garlic
- 8 basil leaves
- 2-4 tsp dried oregano, depending on how much you like
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Puree tomatoes, garlic, half the onions, and basil in food processor til smooth.
- Add to sauce pan with remaining ingredients and simmer for twenty minutes before adding Lamb Meatballs.
