Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. (More vinegar can be used to thin out dressing if needed.)
- 1 cup whole blueberries
- 1/8 tsp salt (*Optional)
- 1 tbsp finely diced onion
- 1 tbsp brown sugar to sweeten to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
- Other berries like raspberries, blackberries, or mulberries can be substituted.
