Ingredients
- 1 banana, 7-9 inches long
- 1 cup fat free, vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3-5 leaves swiss chard, without stem
- 1 cup cantaloupe, or other mellon
- 4-5 cubes ice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3-4 basil leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
- Make sure to put mellon, ice, and yogurt in blender first, otherwise the ingredients will not have enough liquid to blend well.
- Makes about 3 cups.
