Ingredients
- 1 cup corn off the cob
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon diced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup diced Japanese black trifele
- 1/2 cup diced tomatillo
- 1/2 cup diced sweet pepper
- 1/4 cup minced basil
- 1 cup Camellia black beans, rehydrated
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with chips.
