Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • (See recipe for Balsamic Vinaigrette)
  • 1 cup Summer Squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick

Instructions

  1. Combine Summer Squash and Balsamic Vinaigrette in a sealable container and allow to marinade 1-2 hours, or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Grill to desired doneness.
  3. Recipe makes one serving.
