Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 – 1cup diced onions or scallions
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp pepper & 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and mix. Shape into one oz meatballs.
- Then brown them in a skillet, but don’t cook until through. As they finish browning, reserve.
- When all are browned, add to the Farmer’s Market Marinara Sauce and cook through, about 10 min. If they are not submerged rotate in sauce.
- May need batch cooked, removing meatballs and reusing sauce.
* Ground meat should be cooked to 165 °F
